1990s Black Silk Chiffon Ruffle Evening Dress pink and an elastic waistThis 1990s evening dress was designed by Montreal couturiers Serge & Ral, and made in Italy of black silk crepe de chine body with a silk chiffon overlay. It features a three tiered skirt, ruffle cuffs that drape over the hands, and an elastic waist. It does up the left side with a hidden zipper and has a black metal snap at the back of the neck. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear. Measurements: Bust
