Measures 16 across the shoulders, 38 through the bust, 24 at the waist, and length is 17. Sleeves are 23 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Has wrap at waist with hooks and eyes, skinny sleeves, mock high neck, draped layers of net and lace trim. Fabric is cotton et with pleats, lace and embroidery fully lined with cotton. No label. Very good condition with one 1 8 hole in
