This is a fantastic retro skirt and would be a stylish professional work wear piece. It reminds me of the Girl Scout Brownie. Brown wool swing pleated skirt with side metal zip and coor attached belt with plastic (bakelite?) double sided buckle with designer logo. There is a very small blemish I don't believe hole or moth.
