It has a lining of polished cotton that closes with hooks and eyes and which has one stay in the back. It's in incredible condition. There is a stamp on the inside placket which reads "Princess Guaranteed Taffeta". Could be worn as a cropped jacket. Likely a mourning blouse. Measurements Shoulder 13. 5" Bust 32" Waist 23"
