1980s Black Velvet & Polka-Dot Satin Gown eyewear We have chosen to leaveThis Louis Fraud gown was originally sold at Holt Renfrew in the 1980s. It was made in West Germany, consisting of a black 82% viscose 12% silk velvet top and black acetate satin skirt with large velvet polka dots throughout, both lined in viscose. It features a deep V and dramatic 20" x 12" bow at the back, dolman sleeves with rhinestone button on each cuff, and a YKK zipper up the back. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry
