Relaxed bodice with ruffled elastic neckline (can be worn on or off shoulders), elastic waist, A line skirt with fantastic ruffled edge that overlaps in front, and ruffled hem. Pullover no closure. Unlined. No labels found but it isnt home made. CONDITION: Very good condition. No flaws found. SIZE: No size tag. Best
