It has a vintage metal zipper & hook closures. The fabric is a woven cotton (possibly a blend.) All the edges have been bound on the inside, the hem has Ben turned up and stitched all the way around. Waist: 25" Hip: full Length: 27. 5 Sweep: 78" Condition: a few slubs in fabric (original to the fabric making process.) one red mark on
