Hoodie can be rolled and button up into a collar. 100% Cotton Lined black cotton interior. Bold and bright colored. Tag size medium. Will fit xs, and small a little oversized. Medium will have a closer fit. Chest measures 23" across flat. Length from shoulder to hem is 23". Arm length us 25". There are a color spots of color bleeding but you have to really look to find and normal with this
