It's the jacket to a gorgeously tailored bespoke women's silk suit from the 1980s. The label says "Nisei" which means second generation Japanese person born in the US or Canada. MINT condition. Shown on a size 2 4 mannequin (it's considerably too big for her). It should theoretically fit up to size 10 or 12, depending on your measurements and whether you keep the jacket unbuttoned or
