1940s Cotton Playsuit / Romper with Matching Skirt silk_velvet Late 20s or very early1940s pink white striped cotton romper and skirt. Romper playsuit is shirtwaist style with a button front blouse and side buttons on the shorts portion. Matching skirt has a high, shaped waistband and flaring ties to cinch.
