Blue Velveteen Shirt-Waist citrine bracelet ConstructedIncredible midnight blue velveteen shirt waist or bodice covered in tiny silver dots. It is very similar to another one I had recently in a different color with the same silver dots! Lovely bishop sleeves. It has hidden hook and eye closures down the front, slightly off center, behind decorative mother of pearl buttons, and a pigeon front shape. Button holes in the collar and cuffs for button studs and or cufflinks. There is one button stud still
