70's Black and White Polka Dot Disco Blouse drawstring neck 1960's vintage dressLate 70s or early 80s disco blouse! No tags, but the fabric is a polyester or nylon knit with some night club sheen to it! The print is varying sizes of polka dots and white lines on a black background. It's kind of an "outer space" or perhaps Art Deco vibe. The blouse has a slightly oversize dagger or butterfly collar and buttons down the front with textured black and white buttons. Shoulder yoke (and collar) have white top stitching, The bodice
