Excellent condition for it's age

In the photos I've folded it up and tied it in a bow at the neck which is how I believe it was intended but see the other photos to see the construction~it can be tied in other ways

Length: 25" plus another 2" in the hem

1920s / 1930s Burgundy Cloche Belt Length: 60"Late 1920s or early 1930s deep red wine colored felt one piece cloche. There is a wide velvet band that weaves through just above the brim. The brim is shaped so that it dips down at the sides and tapers at the back. The velvet has lost most of its pile but I've left is I don't feel the aged look detracts, maybe the opposite. Hat is in decent wearable condition. Does show it's age but the felt is free of holes or fading and seems sturdy enough for
