Sleeves are 16 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17. Sash measures 92 long by 3. 5 wide. Has puffed sleeves, very long sash with organdy ruffle, small patch pocket with organdy trim to match sash, ruffles around neck and sleeve cuffs and small decorative ties attached down center front of bodice.
