It is very detailed, with a pin tucked bodice and sleeves. Puffed sleeves have long cuffs and balloon out dramatically just above. Known as Leg 'o Mutton sleeves. Lined with polished cotton. Interior vertical waist bodice boning as shown. Fullness in the front center, above the waist. Slightly pointed waist. The blouse has several hidden hooks and eyes, both on the silk fabric and on the
