They are made of a green, orange, black, and white houndstooth tweed fabric which has been covered in bonded to plastic y vinyl, presumably to render them odd looking but also waterproofish. Further odd lookingness created by virtue of extremely pointed, winklepicker style toe. Elastic around opening makes them easier to get on. Good condition for their age, with minor
