Sleeves are 13 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist level is 17. Has shoulder pads, puffed sleeves with inverted pleat, small shawl collar, scroll trim on bodice, pleated skirt, covered buttons and back zipper (has been replaced with a plastic one). Has straight shape to hip level, then skirt flares out. Fabric
