1930s Cerulean Blue Floral Chiffon Tea Dress Tachi_Castillo Césarée was founded in 1980This 1930s ankle length dress is cut to a classic tea dress style in cobalt blue chiffon with striking fuchsia, pale blue, yellow and pistachio green florals dotted across it. Full of character with lovely period details; it has a keyhole cut out at the rear that fastens at the back of the neck with two intricately carved, polished buttons in darkest purple. It has tiny cap sleeves and is gathered and ruched across the shoulder. It fastens at the side
