50's Burgundy Tulle and Velvet Dramatic Headband Half Hat Long sleeve This 80's-90's jacket is inShow your romantic colors with this phenomenal deep red velvet & tulle hat Circa early 1950's, this slightly extravagant cap or hat consists of a semi rigid curved headband style cap (think ear to ear), covered in a short pile rayon velvet. Running along the front of this 'headband' is a folded layer of matching deep cranberry color tulle.
