1970s Jean Varon Floral Rose Print Maxi Dress Black_and_Gold_Gown Designed to be worn openThis late 1960s to early 1970s rose print maxi dress is by the renowned British designer John Bates who traded under the Jean Varon label. The striking print combines colours of navy blue, sky blue, green, acid green and white. It has a square neck, neat shaped waistband and gathered full length skirt. The cuffs are gently tapered and have inside seam zips for access. The dress has an unusual deep cut back that finishes at the waistband and fastens
