We buy the green coffee directly from the best producers at fair prices, needless to say. Thanks to a mild roasting process perfected by us over the years, our Crema is bursting with aromatics, but mild and enjoyable. Harmonious and well rounded on the palate, mildly acidic. A soft, smooth taste thanks to lighter roasting, offering full aroma. It is ideal with milk or cream, or as a
