Lunenburg County Training School
Lunenburg County – One of the 53 sites along the Civil Rights in Education Heritage Trail®, tells the how the parents of this community raised funds to buy the 10 acres and build the school. With help from the Julius Rosenwald Foundation, they were able to start teaching their children.
